Jeff Molusky:
Executive Principal
Hi I’m Jeff Molusky and I’m the Executive Principal of Career & Tech. I went to Delaware Valley Central School (now Sullivan West High School) and then went on to SUNY Cortland where I received a Bachelors of Science degree and then SUNY New Paltz where I received an Advanced Certificate in Educational Administration. I was a PE teacher for 10 years at Sullivan BOCES and for 3 years at Roscoe Central School before returning to Sullivan BOCES in 2016 as a Career & Tech Assistant Principal. This is my second year serving as the Executive Principal. I have an Administration Certification as a School Building Leader and School District Leader as well as a Physical Education Teacher certification. I was drawn to this field because I wanted the opportunity to help students and staff grow and watch students do what they love in a specific field of study and participate hands-on! Students in CTE will develop hands-on skills that they will be able to use throughout their lifetime. In my free time I like to be outside working, hunting and spending time with my family. A fun fact about me is that I have a twin brother who also started his career as a Physical Education Teacher.
Katie Wilcox:
Assistant Principal
Hi I’m Katie Wilcox and I’m the assistant principal at CTE. Before taking on this role I was the Science Consultant Teacher for 6 years. Prior to this I was a Hazardous Waste Remediation Geologist. I am a graduate of Eldred Central School and then went on to earn my Bachelor’s of Science in Geology from SUNY New Paltz as well as a Masters in Earth Science Education from the American Museum of Natural History. I love working at CTE because the hands-on components of the CTE programs provide our students with the opportunity to excel in areas theat will help to make them ready for college or the workforce. It is truly amazing to see the projects our students are capable of putting together with the guidance of our teachers, staff, and industry partners. In my free time I like to sew and craft. I’m not great at it but I enjoy figuring out new projects. A fun fact about me is that I love camping and hope to retire with an RV and travel the country.

Kristi Walls-Hewlett:
School Counselor
Hi I’m Kristi Walls-Hewlett and I’m one of the School Counselors here at CTE. I went to Jeffersonville – Youngsville Central School before it merged with Sullivan West. I then went to Binghamton University where I earned a Bachelors in Psychology and then to Iona College in New Rochelle for a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I worked in various counseling fields before taking a job with Sullivan BOCES under a grant for Elementary Social/Emotional learning. When the grant ended, I took a position as a School Counselor in CTE and I have now been here for 13 years. I was drawn to this field because I have always enjoyed helping people, especially children. School Counseling seemed like the perfect fit for me as a career. I like to think that my ability to create positive relationships with staff and students helps students to see what a good working relationship should look like. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories with them. I love to travel and cook as well. A fun fact about me is that I used to be shy, but working in this field and this organization has changed that!

Cynthia McKay
English Consultant Teacher
Hello, I am Cynthia McKay, the English Consultant Teacher for CTE. I have worked here for 10 years, but I have approximately 24 years of experience in my field. I am from New Jersey where I received my first teaching certification and my BA from St. Peter’s University. I taught for a few years and then went to work as an Administrator Assistant for an accounting firm. While my children were growing up, I trained to become NY State Hazmat certified and was a volunteer firefighter. I then graduated from New England University with a Master’s Degree in Education and Literacy. I was drawn to this field because I come from a family of educators. My parents, an aunt, and uncles always used to read to me and were teachers. I strive to help my students benefit by helping them develop their verbal and written communication skills. They also are able to work on and expand a professional portfolio that can be used for college entrance or obtaining a position in the working world. I have certification in A Thoughtful Classroom that helps me with writing lesson plans. I enjoy reading, family game night, and outdoor activities with my four beautiful grandchildren.
Allison Sze
Science Consultant Teacher
Hi, my name is Allison Sze! Before coming to CTE I went to Ellenville High School. I studied at Skidmore College and have my B.S. in Elementary Studies. I continued my education at Quinnipiac University where I received my MAT in secondary education. I was a biology teacher at O.H. Platt High School in Meriden, CT where I taught academic, accelerated, and AP-level biology for 10 years. I LOVE science, particularly biology. It's fascinating to think about the interrelatedness and diversity that is present in living things. How things as small as cells can work together to build the complex organisms that inhabit our planet. The best part about my field of work is that there is science behind everything. I want to help students find, understand, and appreciate the science in the CTE fields they are passionate about. In my free time, I LOVE to read and go to the beach. I also like to just hang out with my family. A fun fact about me is I went skydiving in Hawaii.
