Paul Maopolski

Broadcasting / Music Production Teacher

My name is Paul Maopolski and I am the teacher for the Broadcasting and Music Production program. I have worked in CTE for over 20 years and have 10+ years of experience specifically in my field. Before I became a CTE teacher, I worked in Audio Production for both Live and Studio audiences. I was a Contractor, and I worked in Public Relations. I love music and sound and that is what drew me to this field. The best part of my program is that my students get to create, produce and mix music on either a live stage, or in a studio. They also get to play instruments and learn about new ones. I went to Bloomsburg University where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. In my free time I like to run live sound, manage stages, book shows and play music. I have been passionate about music for my entire life.

Jeanne Abbott

Broadcasting / Music Production Teacher Assistant

Hello. My name is Jeanne Abbott and I have worked in CTE for 30 years. Before becoming a teacher at CTE, I attended Livingston Manor Central School District. I was a daycare provider and a hairdresser as well. What drew me into this field was Culinary, I love being able to read a recipe and not being afraid to make it. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, and my dog, cooking, baking, knitting, and sewing. A fun fact about me is that I have the gift of being able to find 4 leaf clovers.
